Cupping is a massage-like technique that traditionally involves the use of glass cups. The cups create suction on the body, typically on the back area.


In Chinese Medicine, Mugwort, also known as moxa, is used to enhance circulation. It is typically burned on or near the body in various ways depending on the desired effect.
